It is known that overstrain of nervous system is conditioned by excessive information flow which is directed at human being and causes imbalance between stimulation and inhibition processes in cerebral cortex by information flow perceived by human being as well as activation of limbic and hypothalamic systems and stimulation of discoordination of vegetative nervous system. As a consequence, a wide spectrum of somatic manifestations appears whereas certain psychological status complies with different groups of somatic diseases.

Papers of Y.Vernadsky, Academician, showed that "� the law of gravity and general information interaction is the basis of existence of Universe." On the basis of the aforementioned, all living creatures are a uniform information system where all elements interact with each other. Human being is a higher form of information space on Earth. Biofield is possessed by any living matter and it bears all information about the state of the latter.

It is supposed that unfortunate events in the process of human life and as a result psychosomatic diseases are connected with breakage of the individual barrier of mental adaptation system which is an integral fictional organ uniting different subsystems, including without limitation information perception and processing, emotional reaction, social and psychological contacts, sleep and non-sleep state, endocrine and humoral control, etc. Operating mechanism of functioning organs material substrate of which includes multiple level synchronously functioning areas of cerebral cortex and other units of central nervous system is performed by information processes which influence stimulation and inhibition of nervous process rather than by material elements; information analysis, synthesis and processing; decision selection and its fulfillment. That is why when dealing with therapy of mental and somatic diseases and solving vital tasks it is necessary to apply holistic and systematic principle, and active factor should have information nature of influence upon all levels of system of psychological adaptation, including universal and individual approaches and, above all, to achieve mental harmony.

It all evokes necessity of psychological stabilization and harmonization of a patient. In this connection the following methods are known:

Stable effect is only achieved in 50 percent of cases of method application;
• method of behavioral therapy with the use of biological feedback which means learning mental and physiological self-regulation by means of relaxation technique. When applying this method, device enabling a patient to obtain information about change of any physiological function (e.g. blood pressure) is used during the sessions. This method is insufficiently effective due to the same reasons as the method of autogenous training;
• method of directed staging of a symptom which means development and experience of different situations, development of a point of view with the respect to certain situation on the part of the partner, development of corrected self-criticism [Vasiliuk F. Directed Staging of a Symptom / psychotherapeutic methods/. Moscow Therapeutic Magazine. - 1992. - No.2. - 105-144 pp.] Effect of the method upon nervous system has not been examined;
• meditation methods which means passive concentration on any object (image, object, sound, word) resulting in achievement of psychological relaxation and reduction of sensorial action of a patient [Benson H. The relaxation response and the treatment of anxiety. // Psychiatry update: Am. Psychiat. Ass. Ann. Rev. -Am. Psychiatric. Press. - 1984. - v.3 - p.440-453). The method is effective only subject to its application along with other more active methods.

Useful model is intended to solve tasks regarding elimination of behavioral, psychological (emotional imbalance, aggressiveness, fear (anxiety), hypohondria, etc) and vegetative changes and disorders as a result of achievement of mental harmony; it does not require application of any pharmacological preparations, with more effect and in the shortest period of time by means of optimum use of mental and physiological body reserves as well as scientific non-drug instruments.

Mechanism of action of this method means the following. PV. - No. 3, 2006]. It is a means of new generation created on the basis of energetic and information processing of herbs. Energy and information matrix is represented by such natural stones: agate, aquamarine, pearls, moonstone, obsidian, opal, ruby, topaz, and chalcedony. It enables receiving rather stable energy and information substance. This collection of herbs is aimed at:

1. Revealing and destroying negative energy and information;
2. Converting of negative energy and information into neutral;
3. Increase of neutral energy and information in positive orientation.

Each herbal component of this collection of herbs undergoes energy and information processing by means of physical interaction of stones and plants. In addition, each plant matches certain stones. Examples. In test clinical studies of protective properties of this instrument, 20 men and women with different diseases, vegetative and vascular malfunction, essential hypertension, and neural disorders in particular, have been examined.
